tanco update: 2024-01-18

quick review of what i did today

- renamed rogo to tanco

- added websocket status indicator

- dropping firefox support for the alpha version because of cookie issues with my login system

- made the UI slightly prettier

- added column to the database to track whether you've got all tests passing, a regression, or a new test (nothing hooked up to this yet)
